With over 40 years of experience spanning community, government, and corporate sectors, particularly in Aboriginal affairs at a national level, Paul’s expertise is unparalleled. He has held various roles in community economic development, project management, and senior executive positions across different sectors. Notably, Paul served as the First Nations Senior Business Advisor at World Vision Australia and as the Chairperson of the NSW Reconciliation Council, demonstrating his dedication to advancing Indigenous rights and reconciliation efforts.

Paul’s passion for community economic development, adult education, and professional development is evident in his extensive academic and corporate training experience. Holding formal tertiary qualifications, including a Bachelor of Business (B.Bus) and a Master of Arts (MA) in Communications and Cultural Studies, Paul combines theoretical knowledge with practical expertise to drive positive change.

Currently, Paul serves as a Board Member and Chairperson of Communitas Volunteers Australia, where he continues to make meaningful contributions to community development initiatives. His commitment to corporate governance and community engagement is further reflected in his various corporate company director roles.
